Position Summary

We are currently seeking a DOT Truck Driver for our Gulf Coast MS Division based in Gulfport, MS. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a concrete mixer truck, delivering ready-mix concrete to construction sites while maintaining high levels of customer service, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer truck in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Work with dispatch and plant staff to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers and job site personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper function of truck and equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork including delivery tickets and inspection reports.
• Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A acceptable) with a clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience with concrete or construction materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in outdoor environments.
